Deposits are required to hold a puppy until it is ready to leave here at 9 weeks or later if we feel it needs more times

Deposits are non refundable unless there is a health issue with the puppy you have selected.

Checks, money orders, cash in person, or PayPal is accepted for deposits.

- Please read over our Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee before deciding to place a deposit or purchase one of our puppies. You will find a link to this at the bottom of the page. No puppy will leave here without having a signed Purchase Agreement in hand.
- CASH is the only acceptable payment at the time of pickup.
- All puppies must be paid for by 9 weeks of age even if they are staying with us a little longer. We gladly accept payments toward a puppy while it is here with us during it's first 8 weeks of life.
- All puppies must be picked up between 9-10 weeks unless other arrangements are made with us. We will gladly keep your puppy until it is 10 weeks old for no additional cost but after 10 weeks there will be a charge of $5 per day or $30 per week for the puppy to continue to stay here.
- Puppies that are NOT picked up at 9-10 weeks and/or arrangements have not been discussed for the puppy to stay longer will be placed back up for sale and your deposit will be forfeited for that puppy. We will make every effort to contact you first so please keep us informed of your plans.

Puppies are placed as PET ONLY and you will received AKC limited registration papers once the puppy has been spayed/neutered. We will only sell puppies with full AKC that we feel are breeding quality and to approved breeders who we know and trust.
- We do not SHIP our puppies but will meet you or deliver within a 2 hours radius for a reasonable gas fee.

Our puppies are never to be resold, rehomed, placed in an animal shelter, or a rescue without our knowledge and are to always be returned to us. We will not refund the purchase price to you but will take them with open arms and find them a suitable home. If no home can be found then they will stay here indefinitely!
